Oxyview 1 - Oxygen Electrode Teaching System

Overview.

The Oxyview System is based around the new Oxyview electrode control unit. Oxyview has been designed in response to the ever-increasing demand for a low-cost system for teaching photosynthesis and respiration measurements using oxygen electrode techniques.

The system is designed to be used in a busy teaching environment where bench space is limited. Configuration is achieved by using the 4 button capacitive control panel to navigate through a series of menu screens which provide simple, brief guidelines progressing from setting the stirrer speed to calibration of the oxygen electrode disc.

The Oxyview control unit provides a variable polarising voltage (default 0.7V) to the S1 electrode disc and displays the measured signal in either digital or percentage modes.
