OXY/PHA
Ion Selective/pH Electrode Amplifier
Overview
The OXY/PHA is specialised control unit supplied by Hansatech Instruments to provide power and signal conditioning to accessory ion-selective electrodes for use with Oxygraph, Oxytherm or Oxylab control units. Signals from electrodes sensitive to pH, TPP+, calcium etc may be used in conjunction with the OXY/PHA in order to plot recorded data on the auxiliary input channel of the Oxygraph control unit.
Hansatech Instruments do not manufacture ion-selective electrodes and therefore, these items must be purchased via specialist companies. In the case of TPP+ measurement, Hansatech Instruments are able to recommend electrodes from:

The TPP+ electrode is part of their Kwik-Tip ™ electrode range, part number KWIKTPP-2. Replacement tips (pack of 3) are Part number TIPTPP. The reference electrode is DRIREF-2.
Hansatech Instruments manufacture a modified plunger assembly (part number 941039) designed specifically to position the WPI Kwik-Tip TPP+ electrodes correctly in DW1, DW1/AD, DW2/2 and Oxytherm electrode chambers.
