Hansatech Instruments Ltd is pleased to announce the launch of our NEW registered users section! Click on Software Upgrades or Download Manuals to open the new registered Users Section.

The new section is built on a forum based system and features all the software upgrades and download manuals from the previous section. We have also introduced the facility for customers to submit software bug reports and feature requests in the hope that existing customers will use the section as an additional technical support channel.

Perhaps the most exciting addition to the new registered users section is the Applications & Techniques section and was one of the main driving forces behind employing a community based tool for the registered users section. It allows us to open some specific, targeted discussions on applications and techniques used by our customers and the wider scientific community with the aim of providing inspiration and guidance to new, prospective and existing customers alike.

We aim to have these particular forum topics moderated by respected experts in their fields to ensure that information posted remains viable and not misleading in any way.

These experts will be impartial and as such, their views and opinions will not be the views and opinions of Hansatech Instruments but will reflect their individual views on the discussion topic in question.
