Registration

To access our Distributors Resource Section, please login with your Username and Password opposite. If you are not already registered as a Hansatech Instruments Distributor, please complete the registration form below. Hansatech Instruments will validate your registration and issue a Username and Password accordingly. Please note that due to International time differences, this process may take up to 24 hours.

Once registered, login to the website opposite using your Username and Password. You will be then be redirected to the Distributors Resource Section where you can access promotional materials such as product photography, current pricing, sales literature and Hansatech Instruments branding elements and also technical items such as manuals and software updates.

In addition, you will also be able to use our Support Ticketing System to request technical support for your customers. This system provides an effective method of receiving support that can be easily revisited for future reference.

In all cases, please complete the support ticket providing as many details as possible to describe the problem as this will help our support team in trying to find and diagnose the issues more efficiently.

Once logged in, additional menu items will be visible under the main Distributors and Support links on the menu at the top of each page.
