Existing owners of Hansatech Instruments products can sign up for a user account which provides access to a secure section of our website. Here, registered users can update software, download the latest manuals and access our technical support ticketing system.

To create an account, you will need to know the main product within your system (i.e. in a Chlorolab 2 system, the main product is the Oxylab control unit) and it's serial number. If you do not have these to hand, a technical support account can be configured at a later date by visiting the Technical Support section of our website.
