Please register your instrument on this website using the form below. The registered users section allows access to the Support Ticketing System for prompt, efficient technical support enquiries in addition to instrument manuals and software upgrades.

You will require the serial number of the main instrument in your system in order to register. For example, if you have a Chlorolab 2+ system, you would need to register the Oxylab+ control unit serial number only.

Once registered, you will be directed to a login page from where you can access the Support Ticketing System, system manuals and software upgrades.
