You will require the serial number of the main instrument in your system in order to register. For example, if you have a Chlorolab 2+ system, you would need to register the Oxylab+ control unit serial number only.
Once registered, you will be directed to a login page from where you can access the Support Ticketing System, system manuals and software upgrades.
